📜 Weblanca.com – Vendor Terms & Conditions Last Updated: October 2025 Effective From: Immediately upon vendor registration or partnership approval. Welcome to Weblanca.com, an all-in-one WhatsApp Marketing SaaS Platform built for automation, CRM, and chatbot solutions. These Vendor Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Weblanca and its Vendors / Resellers / Partners who sell or promote Weblanca services, tools, or software plans. By registering as a Vendor or Reseller, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Vendor Eligibility To become a vendor or reseller on Weblanca: You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide valid business information and contact details. You must have a verified email address and WhatsApp number for communication. 2. Partnership Scope Vendors are authorized to: Promote and sell Weblanca subscription plans to clients. Offer WhatsApp Marketing services using Weblanca’s platform. Use official banners, links, and marketing materials provided by Weblanca. Vendors cannot: Modify or resell the software under a different name. Copy, clone, or rebrand Weblanca without written permission. Mislead clients about pricing, features, or policies. 3. Commission & Payment Vendors earn a commission on every valid customer sale made through their referral link or vendor dashboard. Commission rates will be communicated directly by Weblanca management. Payouts are made monthly, via UPI / Bank Transfer / PayPal, once the minimum threshold (₹1000 / $20) is reached. Fake, fraudulent, or refunded sales will not qualify for commission. 4. Pricing & Discounts Weblanca sets the official pricing of all plans. Vendors may offer discounts only if pre-approved by Weblanca. Unauthorized price manipulation may lead to termination of vendor access. 5. Vendor Responsibilities Each vendor must: Provide genuine, transparent service to all clients. Offer initial setup help or technical support (if agreed in reseller plan). Maintain confidentiality of client data and credentials. Follow all WhatsApp, Meta, and Digital Marketing laws and policies. 6. Prohibited Activities Strictly prohibited: Sending spam or unsolicited WhatsApp messages. Using fake accounts, illegal numbers, or blacklisted domains. Claiming ownership of Weblanca software or its code. Misuse of brand name, logo, or content. Violation will result in immediate suspension of vendor rights and legal action if necessary. 7. Data Protection & Confidentiality Vendors must handle customer data securely. Personal or business information shared by Weblanca must remain confidential. Vendors cannot share customer data or system access with third parties. 8. Termination Policy Weblanca reserves the right to: Suspend or terminate vendor access for misuse or breach of policy. Remove inactive or unverified vendors without notice. Withhold unpaid commissions in case of fraud or violation. Vendors may also terminate their account anytime by sending written notice to support@weblanca.com . 9. Limitation of Liability Weblanca will not be responsible for: Vendor’s misuse of WhatsApp or violation of Meta policies. Business loss due to external API issues or downtime. Customer disputes between vendors and their clients. 10. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, and content belong to Weblanca.com. Vendors are granted non-exclusive, limited rights to use marketing materials for promotional purposes only. 11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be handled under the laws of India (Tripura jurisdiction). Both parties agree to resolve issues amicably before pursuing legal action. 12.
